Buyer Legal Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that their purchase and receipt of any products from Ghost-Guns.shop complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, statutes, and municipal regulations.
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase firearm frames, receivers, build kits, and completion components. Ghost Guns does not provide legal advice, and our acceptance of an order does not constitute confirmation of local legality.
Restricted Jurisdictions for 80% Receivers & Frames
Due to state-specific statutory bans and legal restrictions, Ghost-Guns.shop cannot ship unfinished frames, 80% lower receivers, or blank manufacturing jigs to the following locations:
- California: Prohibited under AB 1621 and related legislation.
- New York: Prohibited under the Jose Webster Untraceable Firearms Act.
- New Jersey: Prohibited under N.J.S.A. 2C:39-9n.
- Connecticut: Prohibited under Public Act 19-6.
- Washington D.C.: Strict prohibitions on unfinished frames and untraceable parts.
- Hawaii, Rhode Island, Illinois (Cook County / Chicago), and Washington State: Statutory limits apply.
High-Capacity Magazine Restrictions
Magazines with capacities exceeding jurisdictional thresholds will not be shipped to restricted jurisdictions:
- 10-Round Limit: CA, CT, DC, HI, MD, MA, NJ, NY, RI, WA.
- 15-Round Limit: CO, IL, VT (handguns).
